How to Filter for Guardians of a Specific School Year That Don't Have a User Account

These instructions will help you locate any guardians of a specific school that do not have a user account with BigSIS.

Start by going to the People table. Click on the the People shortcut OR go to Favorites > People Records.
Go to Filters > System Filters: Guardians and Relatives > Guardians Not Signed Up Yet
Select the desired school year from the Super Term drop-down menu, click Apply Filter and this will return all guardians of the selected school year that do not have a user account.
