Every school comes with a standard set of Health Conditions that you are able to customize to make them unique to your school. You can leave the ones that BigSIS has provided, add, and or remove categories to form a list that will suit your schools' needs.
Updating the list of conditions will be reflected in your Back To School Forms should you used the Allergies and Health Conditions Widget.
- Go to System > Health Setup> Health Conditions Categories.
- To add a new condition to the list click New > Fill in the Type (there are five to choose from Allergy; Physical; Emotional; Mental; Other) > Title (description is optional) > Save and Continue (if you are not adding more Save and Back).
- To Delete a category simply select the Health Condition > Delete.
- To Edit a category simply select the Health Condition > Edit.
