This tool will allow you to change the statuses of leads and re-enrollment leads in bulk. Click here to learn more about bulk re-enrolling leads. Note the following limitations before you get started:
- This tool cannot revert Leads to a previous status (they can only be moved to later statuses)
- Leads cannot be placed in previous phases (only later phases)
- Leads in programs that do not use the selected 'New Status for Leads' above (i.e., not in their workflow) will be skipped
- Leads may be moved to the Enrollment phase, but this tool will not 'Admit and Enroll' them (must still be done manually)
- (ONLY for Tuition Management Schools) Since Tuition Management is enabled, Leads with workflows that include a 'Contract' phase cannot be moved in bulk beyond the 'Application Decision' phase (contracts must be created manually) unless they have already completed the 'Contract' phase.
- Start by going to the Leads or Re-enrollment Leads table.
PRO TIP! This tool will limit you in the above-stated ways but we recommend you use filtering to accommodate these limitations. For example, filter for all students in Grades 1-8 in the 2021/2022 School Year that are in the same phase or are in a phase prior to the phase you intend to change them too. These leads all share the same phases and status' so this will work well. - Select one more leads/re-enrollment leads > click Bulk Edit > click Bulk Change Status.
- This will take you to the Bulk Edit Lead Statuses page where you will be shown all of the selected leads.

- Mark Phases as 'Skipped' or 'Completed'?
- Mark incomplete Tasks for skipped Phases as 'Cancelled' or 'Completed'?
- Click Change Status and you are done!
PRO TIP! If any of the leads you selected are not eligible for this status change you will be notified of the leads and the reason they were not changed.
