The number of Emergency Contacts that a school requires in the Portal and MPF's can be edited by administrators of the school. Please note that the number of required Emergency Contact includes Parents/Guardians who are already marked as Emergency Contacts. For example, if you set your required number to three, and you have two guardians who are already marked as Emergency Contact then the parent will only be required to add one more contact to meet the requirement set by the administrator.
- Go to your Dashboard and click on the Wheel and Cog shortcut. (This is a shortcut to your Client Settings).
- Scroll down to Portals > Towards the bottom you will see Emergency/Simple Contacts Options > Update the Number of Emergency Contacts Required in Portal and MPFs > click Save and Back.
