Using the Health Condition Report

The Health Condition Report allows you to look up particular health conditions within a chosen student population. Once found, the data can be exported or guardians can be emailed.

1. From the left-hand menu Students > Health Queries > Condition Report.

2. You will have several options to select from:

   • Select Term Type (required) and Academic School Year or Term.
     • There is also the option to filter by Program, Cohort, and/or Age, as well as choose to include students who have left the school.
   • Select the Condition(s) you'd like to view. You must select at least one.
     • You can select from the Severity drop-down options as well.
   • Click View Records when you are ready.
     
     
3. This will take you to the Health Conditions Result page. Here you can select and Export Data, Export Guardians, Email Guardians, or Edit the record.
