BigSIS Updates/New Features

1. Introducing the Demographic Questions & Fields widget for Multi-page Forms, including Inquiry and Application forms!
   • This widget can easily collect the following fields into one place
     
     • Preferred Name
     • Nickname
     • Date of Birth
     • Gender
     • Personal Pronouns
     • Race
     • Ethnicity
     • School District
   • The race and ethnicity fields on this widget collect data in line with how NAIS requests it in their DASL report. In the process, we wanted to help users navigate the Hispanic/Latino/Latinx and Middle Eastern ethnicities more intuitively so that more users are able to correctly select those as an ethnicity and also provide their race.

   • Check out this tutorial about adding the widget to your MPFs, as well as what it looks like when a parent/guardian fills it out in their portal.
   • If you were previously collecting this data in a custom form, check out this tutorial for cleaning up your forms so that you don't lose that data.
     
     
2. We are extremely excited to introduce the new Merge Records tool for the Leads table, which allows admins to merge two leads, including their applications and contracts! This tool will save you a ton of time in the event you ever have duplicate leads and will make the process very quick and easy. If you have duplicate lead records this should be the tool you have been looking for!

3. The owner of an invoice can now be changed when editing the invoice.
   
   
4. The ability to export Home Phone and Cell Phone has been added to the Employee/Board Member export.
   
   
5. To help consolidate and improve functionality, we have removed the "Apply Payment" button from the "Edit Invoice" screen. All payments should now be added from the "Edit Families" screen and the following instruction can be used: Adding a Credit/Payment to a Family and Applying it to an Invoice.

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue that was causing contract e-signatures to not capture correctly making it so that the contract couldn't be submitted. 
2. Protections have been added to avoid password autocomplete when adding or updating an email account.
3. Fixed an issue with the People Reconcile import.
4. Fixed an issue with the preferred session group function in the Extended Care module.
5. Fixed an issue with ParentSquare sync to only sync programs with students enrolled in them.
