With the new Demographic Questions & Fields widget, if your school previously collected demographic data in a custom form, you will need to do a bit of clean-up to ensure that you keep the old data as well as not collect it twice moving forward.

- In your Multi-Page Form (this example is using an Application), go to the Page that you previously collected your demographic information on and then open the widget that has your demographic data custom form on it.
- Select the blue edit box on the custom form row to open the custom form.

- Double-click on the row of the field you want to edit. When it opens, deselect the Active checkbox, and click Save and Back. Repeat this for every field that has now been replaced by the Demographic Questions & Fields widget.
