To help improve functionality in the Extended Care module, we have made a number of updates and additions!
We added more filtering options on the All Session Signups tab in Extended Care Sessions. You can now filter by date, Signup Configuration, and Attendance Type.
Bulk attendance adjustment tools have been added to the All Session Signups tab in Extended CareSessions, as well as any time an Occurrence is selected in the admin site.
When billing, you can now select the specific Session/s you want to bill for and the Billing Summary will only show billing information for participants in the selected section/s and only generate invoices for outstanding billing in those selected session/s.
When generating invoices, there are additional options, including selecting specific AccountingItems, and Accounting Classes.
New filters have been added to the Donor Profile table that will filter all Donor Statuses by Donor rather than Donor Profile.
This means that if a donor is a member of a donor profile that has made a donation this year, then all their other donor profiles will be considered current, even though those donor profiles were not the ones that made the donation.
We added a number of new health information Alerts that can be set up for when information is changed in the portal, including if it was added, edited, or removed. (Here are some articles if you need a reminder on Setting Up General Alerts or Creating Distribution Lists). Due to the sensitive nature of health information, the alert itself does not include what was changed just who it was changed for and if it was deleted or updated. The new Alerts are:
Health Condition Changed
Health Insurance Changed
Healthcare Provider Changed
Medication Changed
Release and Permission Changed
Vaccination Changed
The Contact Changed in Portal alert now alerts if contacts are added or removed in the portal, in addition to if they are updated. The alert email also includes basic information about what was changed.
Graduation dates can now be edited in bulk from the Students table.
Physician name, phone number, and email can now be exported via the "Person Query - Full (CCL9040)" datasource in the People table. Click here to learn more on how to use this new feature.
Lead Status Log Notes can now be exported from the Leads table.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug in the Make Payment button in the Portal.
When filling out forms in the Portal, new pages will jump to the top instead of the end.
Fixed a date filtering bug in the Extended Care Invoice Generation wizard.
Fixed a bug in the merge preview for the People Merge tool.
Fixed a bug that didn't allow edits on certain Accounting Items.
