This article is designed to show teachers how to access the school directory, student lists, and employee directory directly from the portal.
NOTE: Schools have the ability to change the labeling of tabs and subtabs as well as which tabs and subtabs are visible to you in the portal. This may cause screenshots to look slightly different than what you are used to seeing. Please reach out to your school for additional questions.
How to Access the School Directory:
- Log into the portal, if your school administrator has set you up as a Teacher, you will have the Teachers tab. If you do not have the Teachers tab, please reach out to your school about getting you set up correctly.
- Once the Teachers tab opens, click on the School Directory tab on the left-hand side.
- You are now viewing the current school directory. From here there are two ways to find a particular entry: 1. using the Filters and 2. searching by name.

- There are four categories that you can filter by: Program, Cohort/Classroom, Program Group, and Role. You can even mix and match the four categories.

- If you know the name of who you are looking for, use the Search field.

- Once you have gotten to the entry/entries you wanted to see, you can click View on the far left of the row to see more info about that person, including 1. their enrollment (if they are a student), and 2. who their guardian(s) or ward(s) are.

- You are now viewing the current programs for your school. From here there are three ways to find a particular entry: 1. go to the program and click on the name, 2. filter by program, and 3. search by name.
- Once you have gotten to the entry/entries you wanted to see, you can click View on the far left of the row to see more info about that person, including 1. their enrollment and 2. who their guardian(s) are.
How to Access the Employee Directory:
- Log into the portal, if your school administrator has set you up as a Teacher, you will have the Teachers tab. If you do not have the Teachers tab, please reach out to your school about getting you set up correctly.
- Once the Teachers tab opens, click on the Employee Directory tab on the left-hand side.
- You are now viewing the current employees for your school. From here there are two ways to find a particular entry: 1. Filter by role and 2. search by name.
- Once you have gotten to the entry/entries you wanted to see, you can click View on the far left of the row to see more info about that person, including their ward(s), if they have any.
