BigSIS Updates/New Features

1. A new System Filter has been added to the People Table based on a Person's User Account Status. It can filter for People that do or don't have User Accounts, User Accounts that are locked out or that have or haven't logged on within the last 15 or 30 days, as well as see People who do or don't have a Signup Invite.

2. Tax Receipt Letters can now be filtered by Donor Profiles that have or lack User Accounts. This is useful when creating Tax Receipt Letters, as you can now split them between Donors with User Accounts who can get their Tax Receipt Letters in their Portal, and those without who need to receive their Tax Receipt Letters physically only.

3. Course Description Overrides can now be viewed from the Admin site.

4. A notification has been added to a Student's record when they are Inactive but they will continue to show on Attendance Reports. The notification explains how to rectify the situation if the Attrition Status is incorrect.
