Downloading or Viewing Agreements in Google Drive

Use these steps for downloading or viewing V2 agreements from your Google Drive. This is a major difference from what you might be used to but this will allow you more versatility with your agreement PDFs. Those PDFs will not be stored in your database though, so follow the below steps to download or view your V2 agreements.

NOTE: You will need to be logged in to your Google account that was set up for the V2 integration so we recommend that you do this first or you will be prompted to log in during the process.

Steps when going from your Tuition Management Site

1. When logged into TM, search and select Google Integration Dashboard.
   
2. Click the BigSIS CRM Integration link to go to your Google Drive. 
   NOTE: If you are not logged into the Google Account used for the integration you will be prompted to login.
   
3. Go to the BigSIS CRM Integration folder > click the file for your school > each program will be organized into its own folder.
4. Click on the program you would like to download or view the agreement from.
5. Each student will be listed out for you to preview or download.  

 
Steps when going directly to Google Drive

1. Start by logging into the Google account that you used to set up your integration with V2. 
2. Go to Google Drive.
3. Go to the BigSIS CRM Integration folder > click the file for your school > each program will be organized into its own folder.
4. Click on the program you would like to download or view the agreement from.
5. Each student will be listed out for you to preview or download.
