Use these steps to sync leads or re-enrollment leads to your tuition management site. Before you begin we highly suggest that you use the Family Fixer Utility to review families that might need to be updated.

- Start by making sure that you have the contracts in your admin database released. This is still an imperative step in V1 to make sure that the V2 agreements are released in the Lead Enrollment Configuration.

- Now, double-check to make sure that all leads are created and in the correct academic year and program. Click here for more information on changing academic year or programs for leads.
- Next, we make sure the lead(s) status is set to Contract - Contract/Created Sent.
PRO TIP! Use the bulk status change tool to change one or more lead statuses at a time.- Update lead(s) to the Contract - Contract on Hold status if at any time you want to wait to sync a lead.
PRO TIP! Having a lead in Contract - Contract on Hold will always keep them from being synced to your tuition management site. It will also keep the parents from seeing the agreement in their portal if you have created a contract but don't want the family to see it.
- Update lead(s) to the Contract - Contract on Hold status if at any time you want to wait to sync a lead.
- Now, go login into your TM site > go to Leads > Sync Leads from V1.
- This will take you to the Sync leads screen DON'T create the agreement just yet so you can double-check the lead to make sure the data came through okay.
PRO TIP! Remember to select Enrollments Only or Re-enrollments Only depending on what type of lead you are syncing. - After you confirm the data you can sync again creating the Default Agreement OR you can just go to the individual lead and create the agreement when doing one or two at a time.
