Use these quick steps to change statuses and enroll your leads after they have completed a V2 agreement.
- In V1, go to the Leads or Re-enrollment Leads table.
PRO TIP! All leads with an agreement should be in the Contract - Contract Created/Sent phase and status so you can filter further by that status if preferred. - Go to Filters > V2 Integration > Fully Signed & Verified. This will provide the list of all leads, or re-enrollment leads, that have signed and verified their contracts in V2.
(Right-click to 'Open image in new tab' to enlarge) - When you are ready to enroll them, select all leads > Use the Bulk Change Status tool to change all leads to the "Enrollment - Enrollment in Progress (Eligible to Enroll)" phase and status.
- Now, use the Bulk Admit and Enroll Leads tool to bulk enroll the leads (or the Bulk Re-Enroll Re-enrollment Leads tool). This will automatically change the status of the leads to "Enrollment - Enrollment Completed (Enrolled)".
