Receiving Micro-Deposits and Verifying Bank Information

Use the following steps to verify the Stripe micro-deposits you have received. These deposits can take one to two business days before they are deposited so make sure to check your bank account again if you don't see them yet. 

NOTE: Micro-deposits may be deposited on non-business days though Stripe does not guarantee this. 

1. Two micro-deposits from "BigSIS - Tuition" will show on your bank account within one to two business days, and will look approximately like this. Make a note of the amounts.

2. You can now return to the Parent Portal > My Financial > New 'My Account' Portal.

3. This will log you in to your portal where you can click Verify to add in the micro-deposit amounts.
   
   
   
   
4. On this screen, enter the amounts from the micro-deposits that showed up on your bank account. Once you Save you are done verifying your bank account and it will now be used for future payments.
