Associates now have the ability to take attendance By Cohort, in addition to By Program and By Program Group, from their Portal. They will need to be connected to the Cohort in order to have access to it. For more information on getting Associates set up correctly, check out this article.
Schedules are now respected in Daily Attendance By Program and Daily Attendance By Cohort. For example, if attendance is being taken By Program on a Tuesday, only the students who are Scheduled to be in on a Tuesday will show. If no Schedules are set up, which is the default, then all students will show. Check out this article for How to Setup Schedules Options for Programs in the Academic Year Wizard.
In addition, all Daily Arrival Sheet Reports (except for the ones By Course) now have the ability to display Schedules. The option can be selected when running the report itself
There is now a Bulk Enroll Leads tool available in the Leads table. This can be used on Leads that have been Admitted but not yet Enrolled. Here is an article that goes over how to use this tool.
There is now the option to Bulk Change Assessment Groups in the Courses table.
Email Templates can now be deleted even if the template is tied to sent emails.
Improvements were made on a number of Importers, including the Course Template and the Student + Family (TADS) Importers. BigSIS Version 2 (V2) Specific Updates/New Features
There is a new landing page called Lead Agreements that goes straight to agreements instead of needing to go through a lead. You can filter on this landing page for
Open - Meaning all that are not signed
Open Addendums - Meaning the agreement was signed, but an addendum is still waiting for a signature. Keep in mind, that an addendum is not final until signed or auto-signed. The original invoices will be charged until the Addendum is signed/auto-signed
Completed - Signed and final
Offline - All agreements that are currently offline. These will get email alerts about upcoming but cannot be run.
Unverified Bank - All agreements tied to a bank account that has not been verified
Outstanding/Past Due - All agreements that have a payment due yesterday or before
Parents/Guardians were running into trouble directly accessing V2-specific pages so now if the user is not logged into V2 and tries to access a V2 page, they will be sent to their V1 portal and prompted to log in. Once logged in, they will automatically be sent back to the V2 page they were trying to directly access.
Notifications are sent 5 days before payments are due (with details on the payment, fees, etc.), and again when payments are run (either a success message or a failed message). There is now the option to change how when the upcoming payment email is sent, as well as to have a BCC added to it. A bug was fixed that affected the deleting of Additional Contacts when a user was filling out an MPF in the Portal.
