Follow these instructions to delete a payment method in the portal.
NOTE: For most payment plans, you will be required to have one payment method entered at all times. This means if you have one payment method on file you will not be able to delete that payment method until you have added one to replace it. This ensures that one payment method is always entered and able to be used for running future payments.

IMPORTANT! If you plan on adding a bank account (ACH) payment method, the payment processor requires initial account verification. CLICK HERE to learn how to verify that information.
- Start by logging in to your portal.
- Now, click the My Financial tab. Click New 'My Account' Portal button.
- This will take you to your financial portal. Select the options button > click Remove and you are done.
