IMPORTANT! In the coming months, we will be phasing out this version of the Tuition Management module. If you are looking for how to work with Contracts in the next generation of the Tuition Management module (which is where all 2023-2024 Contracts were built and sent from), go to the Tuition Management section of our Help Center.
If you have already synced invoices or payments to QuickBooks you will need to delete that integration mapping in BigSIS if you want to make changes to an invoice that has already been synced. These steps will show you how to remove integration mapping from an invoice and, separately, steps for removing it from a payment. You almost always will have to do both so start with the invoice and then move on to the payment from there.
IMPORTANT! You MUST remove any associated invoices or payments from Quickbooks after completing these steps. If you do not remove them from Quickbooks you will create duplicate invoices and payments.
