This set of instructions will help guide parents on how to reset a payment method in the portal.
IMPORTANT! Once you reset your payment method your payment will be run the same business day.
- Start by logging in to your portal.
- Now, click the My Financial tab. Click New 'My Account' Portal button.
- Click Billing > Reset Payment.
PRO TIP! You may see the Reset Payment button more than once but you only need to reset the payment once.
- Click the green Reset payment method. Once you reset your payment method your payment will be run the same business day.
IMPORTANT! It is very important to know that the reset payment method button may not update right away. This can take time before it refreshes but as long as you click the green Reset payment method button you have completed this step.
