The Additional/Emergency Contacts table can be used to filter, edit, email, print mail merge letters, remove, or export contact information. This table can be very useful to manage, email, or export additional/emergency contacts because these contacts do not have People records in your database. This will make this table the primary location for additional/emergency contacts.
- Go People > Additional/Emergency Contacts
- The contacts table will be an alphabetized list of all of your emergency contacts. You have several options:
- Contact: Print mailing labels, send email, or print mail merge letters
- Other: Export contact information or create custom filters
- Filters: Filter contacts based on several categories.
