- Go to Favorites > Families (Basic) > select and edit the appropriate family.
PRO TIP! Remember you can search in a variety of ways for your family's in the upper-right search menu.
- You will have several options to select from.
- Contact - send payment reminder emails, outstanding payment reminder emails, and print mail merge letters
- Other - includes the merge families option as well as several exports and accounting reports
- See/Run Upcoming Payments - see and/or run all upcoming payments (click here for more info)
- Accounting Reports - a short cut to all accounting reports including the Account Reconciliation Report
PRO TIP! If you have duplicate families, you can merge both of those family records together by first selecting the family you want to keep and then the family you want to merge/delete and then selecting: Other > Merge Families
